Terms and Conditions for Christmas Vouchers:

Experience voucher validity

A SpeedSkills Driving Experience Voucher is a great way of treating someone special to the experience of a lifetime. With a ‘Dated Voucher’ you select a specific date for the experience, after this it cannot be changed. With SpeedSkills’ ‘Flexible Voucher’ you leave it open for the lucky participant to choose, however they must choose and select an available slot on a specific event day. The 'flexible voucher' holder will need to email enquiries@speedskills.co.uk to organise a suitable date; this must be completed before 28th February 2018. The event days will be on selected Saturdays between the months of March and August 2018. Due to high demand, SpeedSkills recommends that, to avoid disappointment, the experience date should be booked as soon as possible from the date of purchase to ensure a preferable date is available. Under no circumstances can an Experience Voucher be extended beyond 10 months from the date of purchase or be refunded.

Full payment must be made at the time of purchase of the Experience Voucher either by credit or debit cards. There’s no additional payments required for the day, NO HIDDEN COSTS!

Participants who weigh more than 20 stone and/or are 6’4” or more in height should contact SpeedSkills prior to booking.

Driving License’s

All drivers, unless otherwise stated, must hold a full and current UK (or equivalent) Full or Automatic driving licence at the date they are scheduled to take part in any driving experience. Drivers must produce their original driving licence when signing on for their driving experience (photocopies or expired licences will not be accepted).

Medical requirements

Please note that some medical conditions preclude certain participants from taking part and that by signing the required Experience registration form participants certify they are medically fit to undertake and participate in the Experience. These driving experiences/events are not suitable for pregnant women or persons with severe heart or neck conditions. If in doubt please contact SpeedSkills.

Acknowledgement of risk and indemnity

The very nature of Driving Experiences means that some personal risk may be involved in taking part in our Experiences and you are deemed to acknowledge and accept such risk on your own behalf. SpeedSkills will require the participant's signature on an indemnity form before any Experience is allowed. SpeedSkills will not be liable for any loss of any kind, injury or damage, however caused, to you or your property (“Loss”) except where and only to the extent that any such Loss is caused by the negligence of SpeedSkills, its employees or authorised agents.

Cancellation by SpeedSkills

All driving Experiences are offered subject to availability of dates, facilities and, of course, the weather or other events beyond our control and accordingly SpeedSkills cannot guarantee that a particular date or session will not be cancelled due to extreme adverse weather conditions or other events such as any governmental restrictions, riot, commotion, acts of God, industrial action, breakdown of plant or any failure of gas, water services, electricity etc. If SpeedSkills is unable to run your Experience due to extreme adverse weather conditions or other events beyond SpeedSkills control you will be able to re-book your Experience for a later date/time. You must contact us within 14 days of your cancelled date to rebook your Experience, which must be taken within 6 months of the original cancelled date.

Cancellation by you

If you are unable to attend the booked Experience, please call or email SpeedSkills as soon as possible. In these circumstances, SpeedSkills cannot offer a refund of the Experience fee paid. Once the Experience has been booked and paid for this is final and the Experience cannot be refunded. You may be able to re-book but this will be subject to a re-booking fee, you will have 14 days from your event date to re-book, there may be limited dates available and this will be done under SpeedSkills discretion.
